# Curiosity Office > Curiosity Office is the independent practice of Rodion Sorokin, a product strategist based in Paris, France, working with clients internationally. He works with founders and product leads, in startups and inside big companies, who have momentum but no clear picture of where it should go. He helps them see the problem for what it is, understand the system behind it, and turn it into a vision and direction the team can act on. Rodion has spent fifteen years shipping products and advising founders, banks and companies. Clients include VISA (a new payment method, piloted and now rolled out internationally), Privatbank (core products at Ukraine's largest bank, 20M+ customers), Kovalska (a new way to order concrete for Ukraine's largest concrete producer), Starlit Group (a beauty-tech platform, from product strategy through design and launch), COMFY and Bank of Georgia. A good fit: a founder or product lead who wants to understand the problem before solving it, and is open to hearing that a favourite idea might be wrong. Not a fit: someone who needs a roadmap validated, or extra hands to build. The client's team does the building. ## Ways to work together - [A second look](https://curiosityoffice.com/#second-look): €1,000. Two one-hour sessions, 2–5 days apart. For when a big call is coming, or you've stared at the problem so long you can't see it anymore. In the first hour the client tells everything; in the second Rodion comes back with what he thinks the real problem is, where to put effort, and what to stop doing. Ends with a one-page written summary short enough to forward to the team. The usual place to start. - [Shaping the vision](https://curiosityoffice.com/#shaping-the-vision): a 2–6 month project for when the goal is clear and the idea is still blurry: a new product or business line, a pivot, next year's direction, a value proposition that doesn't land. Covers what to offer and to whom, which way to go and what to drop, and which experiments will show early if the direction is wrong. Ends as a written strategy the team works from. Scope and goal agreed before starting; price on request. - [Holding the course](https://curiosityoffice.com/#holding-the-course): an ongoing retainer for when the direction is set and the hard part is keeping it. One or two meetings a week to look at what got done and decide which signals matter. Committed by the quarter; price on request. ## Contact - [Book a second look](https://calendly.com/rodionsorokin): pick a time for the first hour. - Email: rodion@curiosityoffice.com (replies within two days) ## Writing - [Curiosity Cult](https://rodionsorokin.substack.com): Rodion's newsletter. - [Strategy without a map](https://rodionsorokin.substack.com/p/strategy-without-a-map) - [Taste: the granularity of perception](https://rodionsorokin.substack.com/p/taste-the-granularity-of-perception) - [Months to minutes](https://rodionsorokin.substack.com/p/months-to-minutes) ## Optional - [Personal site](https://rodionsorokin.com) - [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rodionsorokin/)
